Privacy Policy
Short version: we keep things tiny. We only collect what we need to reply, send updates, or follow up on a review pitch.
Overview
TINYsquatch is a small, independent project about webisodes, trail reviews, and mossy mysteries from the Pacific Northwest. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use our site and what we do with it.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us, such as when you submit the contact form, join the merch waitlist, or send in a gear review suggestion.
Contact Form Submissions
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message so we can read it and reply. We don't use those details for anything else.
Merch Waitlist
When you join the merch waitlist, we collect your email and the product you're most interested in so we can let you know when something drops. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Embedded YouTube Content
Our webisodes are embedded from YouTube. When you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data according to their privacy policy. We use a lightweight "click to load" embed so nothing loads from YouTube until you interact with it.
Analytics and Cookies
We may use analytics tools in the future to understand which pages and stories visitors enjoy. If we add analytics, we'll update this page to describe what's collected.
Affiliate Links
Some future reviews may include affiliate links. TINYsquatch only recommends gear that survives the moss. Affiliate links never change our opinion of a product. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more.
How We Use Information
To reply to your message, send the occasional update about new webisodes or trail reviews, and to consider gear for future reviews. We do not sell your information. Ever.
How to Contact Us
Questions, removal requests, or just want to say hi? Email us at TINYsquatchPNW@gmail.com.
Future Updates
As TINYsquatch grows, this policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page.
